Clinical Research Associate (CRA) (m/w/d) – Zelltherapie (Außendienst)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential biopharmaceutical organization seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) specializing in cell therapy for a field-based role in Germany. Our client is at the forefront of innovative treatments and is expanding their clinical research capabilities in advanced therapeutic areas.

This is a full-time, remote position based in Germany with travel requirements to clinical sites.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical trials in cell therapy (CAR-T, TCR-T, Treg technologies) ensuring correct, complete, and timely submission of study data and documents
• Actively participate in all study phases including feasibility, setup, recruitment, maintenance, database lock, and closure
• Prepare high-quality monitoring visit reports and follow-up correspondence within required timelines
• Utilize relevant study systems including WBDC, IVRS, and maintain CTMS documentation
• Participate in international study team meetings and investigator meetings
• Contribute to site selection and assess recruitment potential at investigational centers
• Initiate study sites, train and support site personnel in protocol requirements
• Continuously monitor recruitment performance, site performance, and quality metrics; escalate issues to study leadership
• Maintain proactive communication with study sites and local study teams

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in life sciences, medicine, or comparable qualification
• Demonstrated prior experience as a Clinical Research Associate monitoring cell therapy clinical trials (CAR-T, TCR-T, or Treg experience required)
• Interest in modern monitoring methodologies including Risk-Based Quality Management and remote monitoring approaches
• Excellent knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines for proper conduct of clinical trials
• Familiarity with applicable laws (AMG) and regulatory requirements
• Strong understanding of medical concepts and terminology
• Ability to understand diverse study and process requirements and set appropriate priorities
• Experience monitoring electronic Case Report Forms (Web Based Data Capture) and preparing monitoring reports
• Fluency in both German and English (very good level required)
• Structured, independent organization with analytical and solution-oriented thinking
• Strong team orientation with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively including overnight stays
