Senior Performance Marketer (Full Remote – Italy)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology organization experiencing explosive growth in the consumer space. Our client has scaled to tens of millions of active users and is seeking a Senior Performance Marketer to help accelerate user acquisition from their current base toward ambitious 100M+ user targets.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role reporting directly to senior marketing leadership. You'll inherit proven, high-performing campaigns and immediately begin scaling them while exploring new channels and creative approaches. This position is fully remote within Italy.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of one or two paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) with potential to expand based on performance
• Build and scale acquisition funnels with aggressive growth targets, running high-velocity testing loops on creatives, audiences, and placements to optimize CAC and LTV
• Monitor daily performance using analytics platforms and internal dashboards, driving strategic decisions through deep analysis of CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior
• Own the creative briefing process—defining hooks, formats, and angles based on performance patterns—and collaborate with content and product teams on high-converting landing pages
• Build strong relationships with traffic sources, negotiate premium placements, explore new acquisition opportunities, and stay ahead of platform algorithm changes
• Identify automation opportunities and create SOPs and playbooks for scaling campaigns efficiently
• Scale existing campaigns to 3x+ budget while maintaining target metrics and execute 0-to-1 testing in new channels

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+ per month in paid media spend
• Full ownership experience with campaign execution, results, and optimization
• Hands-on platform expertise with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native advertising
• Strong analytical skills with GA4, Voluum, tracking implementations, and dashboard creation
• Creative instincts: ability to write effective briefs, analyze creative hooks, and iterate rapidly
• Experience optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels

Preferred Background:

• Exposure to subscription business models and CAC/LTV optimization frameworks
• Experience in sensitive or regulated verticals such as dating, health tech, or wellness
