(Senior) Partnerships Manager DACH (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Our client, a fast-growing consumer brand in the DACH region, is seeking a Partnerships Manager to drive their affiliate and influencer marketing efforts. In this role, you will:

• Identify and acquire high-performance partners primarily on a commission basis, including affiliate and influencer partnerships through platforms like UpPromote and others
• Lead complex contract negotiations and ensure sharp, effective campaign briefings
• Manage cross-channel partnerships end-to-end while serving as a mentor and expert resource for team members on operational execution
• Strategically expand the existing partner network, nurture long-term key relationships, and develop innovative approaches to increase brand loyalty
• Monitor and analyze relevant KPIs in depth, deriving data-driven insights to optimize budgets and make independent strategic decisions about continuing or scaling partnerships
• Drive channel growth actively with your expertise and hands-on mentality, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the global marketing strategy

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing and influencer marketing, ideally in D2C, beauty, or lifestyle sectors
• Completed degree or comparable training in Marketing, Communications, or Business
• Fluent German and English required; Dutch language skills are a plus
• Genuine passion for beauty topics and active personal use of social media platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple country campaigns simultaneously
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities combined with a proactive, hands-on approach
