Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential global workforce solutions organization seeking a Head of Product, Connected Experience in Brazil. This is a strategic leadership role owning the shared experiences and integrations that connect every application across the platform—home screens, user access, knowledge systems, and the APIs that enable external partnerships.

You'll lead product managers who deliver these critical shared surfaces while setting standards that other product teams must build to, even when those teams sit outside your direct line. Several of the organization's biggest growth opportunities for 2027 live in this domain.

Responsibilities

• Own shared surfaces and standards: Define and maintain the experience across platform-wide capabilities including navigation, authentication, knowledge management, and external integrations; govern shared components with design leadership to ensure deliberate, coordinated changes
• Drive prioritization and roadmap: Translate platform strategy and commercial priorities into sequenced delivery plans; recommend what gets built, deferred, or retired; build business cases for significant investments including value projections and trade-off analyses
• Ensure delivery excellence: Hold accountability for on-time, high-quality delivery; partner with engineering and design from concept through launch; coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer success, legal) so capabilities are sellable, supportable, and compliant on day one
• Manage dependencies: Sequence shared capability delivery ahead of dependent work streams; identify and resolve conflicts between applications early while resolution is still possible
• Ground decisions in insight: Build relationships with clients, integration partners, and internal teams to maintain continuous understanding of pain points; use client feedback, usage data, and market evidence to inform product decisions; define outcome metrics and own value delivery
• Lead and develop the team: Manage product managers directly; set clear expectations, provide direct feedback, address performance issues promptly; coach individuals on their development needs; drive AI adoption where it creates superior outcomes
• Represent the product externally: Act as product expert in senior client, prospect, and partner conversations; identify cross-sell opportunities from usage data and collaborate with sales to pursue them

What We're Looking For

• Eight or more years in product roles with a proven track record driving growth and commercial outcomes, including through product-led growth strategies
• Experience owning platform, integration, or API products in B2B SaaS environments where external developers or partners are end users
• Demonstrated success setting and enforcing shared standards (design systems, component libraries, integration patterns) across teams outside your direct authority
• Technical fluency sufficient to engage credibly on integrations, data flows, and data products without needing to be an engineer yourself
• Experience building products in regulated environments where compliance requirements shape design and functionality
• At least five years leading people, including globally distributed teams across multiple countries and time zones
• Strategic thinking that connects customer needs, market direction, and commercial goals
• Systems thinking focused on customer value with the discipline to avoid low-impact work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills effective from individual contributors through senior leadership
• Ability to influence peers without formal authority and maintain delivery predictability across multiple teams
• Personal attributes: grit and determination to move work forward despite obstacles; curiosity that seeks diverse perspectives; operational balance between strategic vision and detailed execution; warm, open, honest working style
