Werkstudent für Arbeitssicherheit und technisches Facility Management (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential building materials organization in Flensburg seeking a working student to support their occupational safety and technical facility management operations. In this role, you will:

• Assist the occupational safety specialist with day-to-day operations
• Create, maintain, and update registers, overviews, and documentation
• Support monitoring and tracking of statutory and technical inspection obligations
• Maintain inspection schedules and follow up on inspection reports, identified deficiencies, and agreed-upon corrective measures
• Prepare and manage maintenance, testing, and equipment documentation
• Assist in preparing risk assessments, operating instructions, and training materials
• Participate in organizational and technical facility management projects
• Coordinate with multiple locations, internal contacts, and external service providers

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally in safety engineering, facility management, engineering, environmental management, or a comparable field
• Strong interest in occupational safety and technical facility management
• Technical understanding and willingness to familiarize yourself with legal requirements and technical regulations
• Careful, structured, and independent working style
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Proficient use of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Reliability, team orientation, and solution-focused approach
• Class B driver's license and willingness to make occasional trips to different sites are desirable
