Responsibilities

We are representing a leading technical building services engineering firm in Dresden, seeking a Laboratory Planning Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will:

• Lead and manage complex laboratory planning projects independently across all project phases
• Develop innovative laboratory planning concepts that meet current ecological, economic, and technical requirements
• Provide professional consultation and support to clients throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Prepare feasibility studies, evaluate existing plans, and develop well-founded recommendations
• Represent client interests with authorities, specialist planners, and other stakeholders
• Actively participate in project controlling to ensure quality, cost, and schedule targets are met

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a qualified professional with:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a comparable field
• Several years or initial practical experience in laboratory planning, laboratory technology, or related industries
• Enthusiasm for laboratory processes, organization, and planning of modern laboratory facilities
• Proficiency with CAD software, ideally ArchiCAD
• Strong technical understanding and excellent spatial visualization skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• High degree of reliability, accuracy, and sense of responsibility
• Team player with strong communication skills when interacting with clients and project partners
