About the Role
We are representing a confidential performance marketing agency in Düsseldorf. Our client is seeking a Performance Marketing Graphic Designer to join their team on-site, full-time.
In this role, you will own the complete creative process for client campaigns—from concept through design to deployment. You'll build campaigns that drive measurable revenue, working at high velocity in Figma and seeing results the very next day. This position combines copywriting and visual design, giving you end-to-end creative ownership.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy marketing campaigns in Figma at a fast pace
- Create visual assets using stock imagery, AI image generation through prompting, and compositing techniques
- Develop both copy and design for campaigns as the sole creative lead
- Build cohesive visual identities for multiple client campaigns across e-commerce brands
- Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback
- Work collaboratively with the team 100% on-site in Düsseldorf
