About This Role

We are representing a fast-paced digital marketing agency in Düsseldorf that specializes in performance-driven campaign work for e-commerce clients across the DACH region. They need a creative all-rounder who can own the entire creative process—from concept through to delivery—and thrive in a high-output environment where results are measured daily.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Düsseldorf. You'll be building campaigns that directly drive revenue for online retail clients, working end-to-end on visual design, copywriting, and image creation within a tight-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy marketing campaigns in Figma at a high cadence
• Create complete visual worlds using stock imagery, AI-generated images through prompting, and compositing techniques
• Own both copywriting and design for each campaign—the full creative vision is yours
• Execute quickly while maintaining aesthetic standards
• Adapt to feedback and continuously improve output quality
• Leverage AI tools as part of your daily creative workflow

• Fluency in German is required for this role
