Videograf / Content Producer (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing consumer brand client based in Hamburg. This role is all about execution at scale. You will receive ready-made creative briefs, shooting plans, and concepts each week, and you will bring them to life from start to finish.

• Execute 2–3 video shoots per week independently, without requiring oversight from leadership on set
• Organize all production logistics: locations, talent, UGC creators, schedules, equipment, and catering
• Source new faces regularly for street interviews, scripted spots, and user-generated content
• Operate the camera yourself and deliver clean, usable raw footage according to the brief
• Organize and hand off footage with clear instructions to external video editors
• Provide detailed feedback to editors and cut videos yourself when needed
• Analyze creative performance data and apply learnings to upcoming shoots

What We're Looking For

• Proven ability to run shoots completely autonomously—from planning through filming to file delivery
• Video editing skills in Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools—strong enough to brief editors precisely, evaluate their work, and cut videos yourself
• Strong interpersonal skills on set: you make people comfortable, give tactful direction, and ensure everyone wants to return
• A good eye for casting—you understand which person delivers which message most authentically
• Highly organized and process-driven; comfortable producing content at high volume without sacrificing quality
• Understanding of what makes a performance ad effective versus simply beautiful creative—or eagerness to learn quickly
• Based in Hamburg or willing to relocate
