Remote Booking Agent

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential travel services organization seeking a Remote Booking Agent to join their team. In this role, you will coordinate client engagements, manage bookings, and serve as a liaison between clients and vendors across the United States. This is a fully remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to develop your skills in client services and event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and event organizers, promoters, venues, or service providers
• Research and identify opportunities for client engagements, including performances, speaking events, tours, and appearances
• Negotiate contract terms, fees, and other booking details to secure favorable conditions
• Coordinate and manage travel arrangements and accommodations for clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders including vendors
• Oversee financial aspects of bookings, including processing payments, deposits, and ensuring timely vendor payments
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging opportunities to provide strategic advice
• Resolve disputes or issues related to bookings in a professional and timely manner

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No prior experience required—we welcome candidates eager to learn
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency with scheduling software and financial management tools (or willingness to learn)
• Natural networking ability and relationship-building expertise
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
