About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential telecommunications client seeking experienced freelance customer service professionals for a major prepaid mobile service initiative. This is a 100% remote inbound support role available to self-employed professionals residing within the EU (excluding Germany).

We are looking for reliable, motivated freelancers who can commit to long-term collaboration and deliver professional telephone support in German. You will work independently from your EU location while supporting customers with prepaid products, rate plans, SIM card inquiries, top-ups, and basic technical questions.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound telephone inquiries related to prepaid mobile services, tariffs, SIM cards, account recharges, and technical basics
• Deliver professional customer service within a structured project environment
• Manage your own schedule flexibly within project parameters
• Maintain quality standards and follow client protocols
• Work independently from your home office with minimal supervision

What We're Looking For

Legal & Formal Requirements:

• Active freelancer or self-employed status in your country of residence
• Residence within the EU, but outside Germany
• Ability to issue proper invoices according to your country's legal requirements for international clients
• Compliance with tax obligations in your country of residence

Professional & Personal Qualifications:

• German language proficiency at C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
• Previous experience in telephone customer service preferred
• Self-directed work style and strong organizational skills
• Interest in long-term project engagement

Technical Requirements:

• Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbit/s)
• Professional home office setup: headset, dual monitors, webcam, and high-performance computer
• Private, quiet workspace with no third-party access or visibility
• Comfortable working with web-based tools and platforms
