About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential corporate travel technology organization in their search for a CSS TSSM Travel Technology Program Manager. This remote role serves clients across Europe, with hybrid requirements varying by location. Our client operates globally and delivers sophisticated travel technology solutions to enterprise customers.
In this position, you will assess incidents, determine solution approaches, and coordinate technical implementations across complex travel technology systems. You'll work with a virtual team to resolve business problems, execute configuration changes, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Conduct logical assessments, replicate errors, and test scenarios to identify root causes
- Execute configuration changes ranging from simple to highly complex implementations involving multiple systems, dependencies, and interactions
- Perform benefit and risk analysis on scenarios with many interacting variables
- Coordinate and support a distributed technical team
- Deliver training and presentations to external customers with a customer-centric approach
- Participate in shift planning and resource coordination for the virtual team
- Proactively identify opportunities for process and technology improvements
What We're Looking For
- Advanced experience in the corporate travel industry (required)
- Advanced experience with travel technology platforms, specifically Concur travel tool (required)
- Advanced knowledge of GDS systems: Sabre and/or Amadeus (required)
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Experience working in collaborative, international environments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to develop customer-centric communications
Location requirements: This role is remote across Europe. If based in Warsaw, 50% monthly in-office time is required. If based in Kraków or Rzeszów, at least one day per week in-office is required. Other European locations may be fully remote.
