About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Senior Account Manager in Paris. This role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of enterprise clients across EMEA markets, driving growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives within a high-performing international account management team.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand a portfolio of enterprise platform accounts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities across multiple product lines and managing complex sales cycles end-to-end
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at strategic accounts, serving as their primary partner for platform strategy and growth
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align client business objectives with product roadmaps, unlocking expansion opportunities across multiple markets and business units
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver seamless, high-value experiences throughout the client lifecycle
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to proactively address client challenges and position solutions effectively
• Navigate multi-stakeholder environments across international markets, adapting to cultural nuances within EMEA

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years in account management or sales roles managing global or strategic accounts in a SaaS or technology environment
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell motions with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise clients
• Experience working in an international context with the ability to navigate cultural nuances across EMEA markets
• Strategic thinking skills with the ability to design and execute long-term account plans that create mutual value
• Strong business acumen to understand complex client business models and connect them to technical solutions
• Outstanding communication skills for engaging and influencing senior stakeholders in multi-stakeholder, international environments
• Financial and analytical rigor to interpret complex contracts and assess revenue implications with confidence
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to proactively build pipeline and unlock new growth opportunities
• Fluent English (C2 level required)
• Fluent French (C2 level required)
• Experience with Salesforce and enterprise sales tools
