About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential international enterprise client seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist to join their team in Hamburg. Our client is a financially stable organization with diverse business units and a strong growth trajectory, offering significant autonomy and international project exposure.

This role is available as hybrid in Hamburg or fully remote within Germany with occasional travel to Hamburg. You will serve as the strategic bridge between business units and IT, driving the evolution of their ERP landscape.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business departments and IT with focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical ERP solutions
• Take functional ownership for Business Central evolution, prioritizing requirements and optimization initiatives
• Manage customizations, international rollouts, and implementation projects
• Identify opportunities for digitalization and business process optimization
• Collaborate closely with key users, functional departments, and stakeholders
• Advance automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps
• Drive continuous improvement of the ERP system landscape

What We're Looking For

• Degree or vocational training in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or comparable qualification
• Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable ERP system
• Proven experience in a shaping role such as Product Owner, Key User, or Inhouse Consultant
• Strong understanding of business processes and their digital representation
• Ability to structure requirements and translate them into sustainable solutions
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• Analytical, structured, and practice-oriented working style
• Fluent German and English language skills
