Responsibilities

• Respond to and process customer inquiries in Danish, French, and German
• Provide support for technical issues and general customer questions
• Collaborate closely with internal teams on agile project initiatives
• Document interactions and escalate complex cases efficiently to appropriate teams
• Maintain professional service standards across all customer touchpoints

What We're Looking For

• Fluent proficiency in Danish and French, plus strong German language skills
• Proven experience in customer service with strong technical aptitude
• Structured, independent working style with excellent digital tool proficiency
• Experience working remotely; e-commerce background is a strong advantage
• Availability of 15–25 hours per week
• Empathy, reliability, and the ability to remain professional under pressure
• Based in or around Leipzig, Germany
