E-Commerce Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential beauty e-commerce organization based in Germany. Our client operates a consumer-focused online shop and is expanding their digital presence with new projects and campaigns. They need an experienced E-Commerce Manager to maintain their shop operations, prepare promotional campaigns, and develop content that resonates with their customer base.

This is a fully remote position within Germany, offering flexibility and the chance to shape digital commerce strategy alongside a dedicated marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the online shop, including products, descriptions, images, and pricing
• Prepare new product launches, sales promotions, and marketing campaigns
• Create and update shop pages, product bundles, and promotional offers
• Review content, links, and mobile/desktop display to ensure quality user experience
• Write and refine content such as blog posts, guides, and product descriptions
• Support customer retention and reactivation projects to strengthen customer loyalty
• Track deadlines and collaborate with the team to evaluate campaign performance

What We're Looking For

• Practical experience in e-commerce with hands-on work using shop systems
• Ability to organize tasks independently and complete them reliably
• Strong writing skills in German with attention to clear, engaging copy
• Good eye for design and visual presentation
• Comfort with digital tools and careful, detail-oriented work habits
• Clear communication style and willingness to coordinate with colleagues and external partners
• Interest in beauty products, online retail, and customer needs
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken) and residence in Germany

Employment Details

This is a permanent, full-time position offering 30–40 hours per week. The role is 100% remote within Germany.
