About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential fintech client seeking a strategic leader to drive high-impact initiatives across their growing organization. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and business development, working directly with senior leadership to solve complex challenges in a fast-moving environment.

This is a remote position for candidates currently based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution on high-priority strategic initiatives across engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development
• Partner with leadership to identify and solve critical business and product challenges
• Build new teams, processes, and capabilities to support rapid organizational growth
• Lead cross-functional projects from initial planning through successful delivery
• Research and evaluate new markets, products, and business opportunities
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical, scalable solutions
• Take full ownership of assigned projects and deliver measurable business outcomes
