Supervisor

JLL is seeking a full-time Supervisor to join our London team. This is an on-site position offering the opportunity to lead and support daily operations within our fast-paced professional services environment.

About This Position

As a Supervisor at JLL, you will take on a leadership role overseeing team activities, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. You'll serve as a key link between management and frontline staff, driving productivity whilst fostering a collaborative and professional workplace culture.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate team members, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
• Monitor work quality and adherence to company standards and procedures
• Schedule resources and manage workload distribution across the team
• Address operational challenges and implement solutions promptly
• Maintain communication with management regarding team performance and workplace issues
• Support the training and development of team members
• Contribute to continuous process improvement within the department
