Customer Service Representative (Seasonal) | REMOTE

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential business process outsourcing client seeking a Customer Service Representative for a seasonal engagement. This is a fully remote position based in the Philippines with a two-month contract duration and an immediate start date.

This role involves managing customer inquiries across multiple communication channels and delivering exceptional service while meeting performance targets. You'll be the front-line problem solver for customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and professional follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via up to two communication channels including phone, email, or chat
• Provide detailed information about products and services to customers
• Resolve complex customer issues efficiently and effectively
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfactory resolution of their concerns
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system
• Escalate cases to higher-level support or management when necessary and track through to resolution
• Maintain professionalism and composure during high-pressure situations
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Meet or exceed performance targets for relevant KPIs
• Participate in training programs and continuous learning to improve product and service knowledge
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor with customers and colleagues

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM systems
• Proficiency in using computers and various software applications
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting customers via phone, chat, and email simultaneously
• Familiarity with multiple CRM platforms and best practices

Work Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
• Equipment: BYOD (Bring Your Own Device)
• Contract: 2-month seasonal engagement
• Start Date: Immediate
