In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die fachliche und organisatorische Leitung anspruchsvoller IT-Projekte an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT. Sie arbeiten mit renommierten Unternehmenskunden zusammen und treiben Cloud-Migrationen, Digitalisierungsinitiativen und Prozessoptimierungen strategisch voran.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung von IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten mit Fokus auf Cloud-Technologien
- Proaktive Beratung zu Business-Consulting-Fragestellungen und Prozessoptimierungen an der Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsprozessen und IT
- Identifikation von Potenzialen und Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungsansätze für Kundenprojekte
- Planung, Koordination und Steuerung von Projekten – agil, klassisch oder hybrid
- Übernahme der Rolle eines (Technical) Product Owners beim Kunden nach Bedarf
- Einsatz von Kenntnissen zu Cloud-Hyperscalern wie AWS oder Microsoft Azure zur Lösung operativer und strategischer Herausforderungen
- Professionelle Kommunikation und Präsentation von Ergebnissen, Roadmaps und Empfehlungen auf allen Ebenen
- Begleitung und Unterstützung von Veränderungsprozessen bei Kunden
Wen wir suchen
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der IT-Projektsteuerung und/oder im Business Consulting mit nachweislich erfolgreichen Projekten
- Umfassende Kenntnisse der Methoden des Projektmanagements (agil, klassisch, hybrid) und deren situationsgerechte Anwendung
- Beratungserfahrung mit wechselnden Kunden und Einsatzorten
- Consulting-Mindset: eigenständige Aufgabenidentifikation, aktive Abstimmung, selbstständiges Management der eigenen Auslastung
- Vertrautheit mit aktuellen IT-Trend-Themen, insbesondere Cloud-Technologien (AWS, Microsoft Azure)
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und überzeugendes Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und internen Teams
- Motivation, technologisch und methodisch auf dem neuesten Stand zu bleiben
- Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau erforderlich
