Data Analyst, Revenue Operations

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology services organization in their search for a Data Analyst, Revenue Operations based in Honduras. This is a 100% remote position.

Our client is seeking a data professional who can transform business system data into clear, reliable insights that drive decision-making across Sales, Finance, and Operations. You'll work closely with Revenue Operations teams and business stakeholders to develop dashboards, reporting, and analysis that support strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI data models, dashboards, and reports for Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and leadership teams
• Use Power Query in Excel and Power BI to clean, transform, and prepare data from multiple sources
• Write SQL queries and work with Snowflake and other business data platforms
• Analyze bookings, billings, shipments, open orders, pipeline, forecasting, and sales performance metrics
• Investigate data discrepancies, variances, and trends to identify root causes and patterns
• Support weekly and monthly forecasting and reporting processes
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into analytical solutions
• Maintain data quality standards and help standardize reporting definitions and processes
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate recurring reporting workflows
• Support ad hoc analysis and Revenue Operations projects as needed
• Translate complex data and analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, or related field
• Strong Power BI skills, including data modeling, DAX, data visualization, and report development
• Strong Excel and Power Query skills
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouse platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to non-technical audiences
• Strong attention to detail with ability to identify data discrepancies and trends
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with Power Automate or similar automation tools
• Familiarity with HubSpot and/or Salesforce
• Experience with Revenue Operations or Sales Analytics
• Experience with Tableau or other business intelligence and data visualization platforms
• Experience reconciling or unifying data across multiple systems with inconsistent formats
