Sales Service Representative (English & Mandarin)

Our talent team is representing a confidential financial services organization that is hiring a Sales Service Representative fluent in English and Mandarin. This is a fully remote, customer-focused sales role supporting individuals seeking debt relief solutions. You'll handle inbound inquiries, follow up with leads, and provide consultative guidance to prospective clients navigating sensitive financial decisions.

This position operates during U.S. business hours and is ideal for someone who combines strong sales ability with empathy and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from prospective clients interested in debt settlement and debt consolidation services
• Understand each prospect's financial situation and needs through active listening and effective questioning
• Explain available programs clearly and guide clients toward appropriate solutions based on their circumstances
• Follow up promptly with leads generated through marketing channels and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process
• Re-engage prospective clients who have not yet made a decision and conduct outbound follow-up calls when required
• Handle questions and objections professionally while balancing sales objectives with a customer-first approach
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in CRM systems, including call notes, communication history, lead status, and follow-up requirements
• Track lead progression through the sales pipeline and ensure all records remain complete and up to date
• Work closely with sales and customer service teams to coordinate follow-ups and client handoffs
• Share customer feedback and recurring questions with the team to improve sales effectiveness and customer experience

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, call centers, or other client-facing roles
• Experience handling customer conversations over the phone
• Experience with financial services, debt settlement, debt consolidation, lending, or related industries is strongly preferred
• Experience using CRM or customer management systems

Language & Communication:

• Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills (required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Professional and confident phone presence
• Strong active listening skills
• Ability to explain information clearly and patiently
• Comfortable discussing sensitive financial matters with professionalism and discretion
