Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization building enterprise software for regulated markets in Germany. As a Fullstack Developer, you will:
- Develop core ERP modules including inventory management, batch order processing, digital prescription handling, and role-based dashboards across the full technology stack
- Build and maintain integrations that connect clients with multiple telemedicine platforms and shipping providers through unified interfaces
- Ensure audit compliance, comprehensive logging, and GDPR conformity are properly implemented in code as core requirements
- Write maintainable, tested code, participate in code reviews, and contribute to evolving development standards
- Monitor and maintain scalability to ensure the platform remains fast and stable as transaction volumes increase
What We're Looking For
- Multiple years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in the tech stack: React for frontend, Node.js (NestJS) for backend, and JavaScript/TypeScript throughout
- Experience with relational databases and data modeling
- Practical experience working with APIs and integrations (REST, webhooks)
- Very good German language skills required for this position
