This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you'll own features end-to-end in a remote-first environment.

You'll be working across time zones with product and engineering teams to ship meaningful improvements to platform workflows, reporting experiences, and emerging AI-assisted features.

Location: Hungary (must be within CET ±2 hours)
Schedule: Full-time with flexible hours; availability required between 9 AM–12 PM EST daily
Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end user flows and interactive prototypes in Figma
  • Redesign core product workflows, starting with chat functionality
  • Build reporting and measurement experiences incorporating social advertising platform data
  • Design interaction patterns for AI-assisted product features
  • Work within and evolve the existing design system
  • Collaborate asynchronously with product managers, engineers, and designers
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Conduct lightweight usability testing as needed
  • Create clear handoff documentation for engineering teams

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 5+ years of product design experience
  • Demonstrated experience designing complex B2B SaaS products
  • Portfolio showcasing workflow-heavy products (not marketing websites)

  • Strong interaction and visual design skills
  • Proven ability to own projects independently in remote/distributed teams
  • Clear written communication and documentation skills
  • Experience creating engineering-ready design handoffs
  • Experience conducting usability testing

Preferred:

  • Experience with two-sided marketplaces or multi-sided platforms
  • Background in creator economy, influencer marketing, or paid social
