About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential business services organization seeking a Data Entry Executive for a fully remote position. Our client requires fluent English proficiency and is building out their data management team with detail-oriented professionals who can handle high volumes of information accurately and confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and sort documents for data entry into company databases
• Enter data from multiple sources while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Verify data integrity by comparing entries to source documents
• Update and maintain existing data records
• Research and obtain additional information for incomplete documents
• Manage sensitive and confidential information in accordance with company protocols

What We're Looking For

• Full proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Prior experience in data entry roles
• Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with administrative duties and office procedures
• Ability to efficiently manage large volumes of information
