Responsibilities
As Senior Marketing Specialist, you will execute across a wide range of marketing disciplines:
- Website Development: Design and execute custom web pages and landing pages; redesign existing pages to align with current branding; develop engaging visual content; optimize for SEO and AI-powered search experiences; monitor and report on website analytics
- Marketing Technology & Innovation: Utilize AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve content creation, campaign execution, and reporting; research and recommend new marketing tools and best practices
- Lead Generation & Demand Generation: Develop, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns; create landing pages, forms, and CTAs to maximize lead capture; collaborate with Sales to align efforts with revenue goals; conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization; analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms; create engaging content and manage scheduling; monitor conversations and respond to inquiries; collaborate with partners to source third-party content
- Content Creation: Write and edit marketing copy for social media, email newsletters, and other materials; develop visual content tailored for social channels; manage content calendar and distribution strategy
- Executive Marketing Support: Identify new marketing opportunities and process improvements; support marketing leadership with coordination and execution of strategic initiatives; prepare materials for executive meetings
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in a Marketing Specialist, Generalist, Manager, or similar role
- Thorough understanding of traditional and digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, social media, email, and content marketing
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience utilizing AI/LLMs for content development, visual graphics, and marketing efficiency
- Strong graphic design sensibility with keen eye for visual quality and brand consistency
- Experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, including HubSpot
- Basic video editing skills and familiarity with webinar platforms
- Demonstrable experience with marketing data analytics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Commercial awareness paired with creative, solutions-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional marketing certification (e.g., American Marketing Association)
- Experience in B2B SaaS or HR technology marketing
Remote Work Requirements:
- Reliable, secure high-speed internet connection (minimum 75 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload preferred)
- Dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free
- Valid physical address (PO Boxes not supported)
- Ability to communicate and collaborate via chat and webcam

Pay
Pay via Get A Job.ai: $65,000 – $77,500 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
This position is also eligible for excellent benefits including paid healthcare and life insurance premiums, low-cost dental and vision insurance, company-paid basic life insurance and Short-Term Disability policy, employee assistance program, 401(k) matching up to 4%, paid time off, 9 company paid holidays, and 2 additional days of paid time off for volunteer activities.
