About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential non-profit organization based in Munich seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join their technology team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment with significant operational autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT perspective
• Provide first- and second-level IT support to end users
• Administer IT hardware, applications, and identity management across the full lifecycle
• Define, document, and optimize IT processes and workflows
• Handle incidents, service requests, and change management activities
• Coordinate external service providers and vendor relationships
• Lead sub-projects and contribute to broader IT initiatives
• Integrate and configure SaaS solutions and monitoring systems
• Maintain network infrastructure, including occasional on-site support at international events

What We're Looking For

• Completed technical training or university degree with IT focus
• Strong foundational IT knowledge with solid understanding of Windows, Entra ID, SaaS platforms, networking, and IT Service Management gained through several years of professional experience
• Willingness and interest to pursue further training in IT security
• Availability for occasional domestic and international travel for event support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Strong organizational skills and ability to improvise when needed
• High resilience and ability to work precisely and methodically under time pressure
• Excellent teamwork capabilities, initiative, and hands-on mentality
• Very good German and English language skills
