Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential nonprofit organization in München seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to support their IT operations. In this role, you will:
- Gain valuable insights into daily IT infrastructure and cloud management challenges
- Support cloud and infrastructure management tasks and reporting in day-to-day operations
- Have the opportunity to work across different teams within the IT department, building comprehensive knowledge in areas such as Microsoft Cloud, servers and networks, endpoint management, and more
- Take independent responsibility for small task packages with full support from the IT team
What We're Looking For
Our client is seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled as a student in Computer Science, IT Security, Digital Engineering, Data Science, Mobile Computing, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications
- Good knowledge of network technology and Windows and iOS operating systems, ideally with administrative experience
- Hands-on mentality with a team-player attitude
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work precisely and conscientiously under time pressure
- Open, communicative, and approachable personality
