Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential international organization based in München that hosts high-level annual conferences requiring extraordinary security measures. As a working student in event security, you will provide conceptual support for security planning for major conferences and year-round events. You will collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders, support internal and external information management, and communicate with a wide variety of actors. This position offers you the opportunity to look behind the scenes before and during conferences while contributing with a high degree of independence to the success of major international gatherings.

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in security management or a related field with a focus on social sciences or political science
• Strong coordination skills and enjoyment in developing concept papers, including editorial work
• Initial experience in corporate or event security, or demonstrated affinity for these subject areas
• Multitasking-capable team player who remains calm under pressure
• Self-starter who works in a structured manner with attention to detail
• Precise communicator comfortable in diplomatic settings
• Hands-on mentality with ability to find practical solutions to unexpected problems
• German language proficiency required for this role
