Our client seeks an experienced (Senior) Construction Site Manager to lead high-quality projects with significant autonomy and responsibility. Responsibilities

• Independently lead and manage demanding structural construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and all project stakeholders on-site
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Monitor construction progress and organize efficient site operations
• Maintain close coordination with clients, architects, specialist planners, and internal project teams

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in construction site management within structural building projects
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and project execution
• Responsible, structured, and solution-oriented working approach
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and enthusiasm for teamwork
• German language proficiency required for this role in München
