About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential construction organization in Germany that is seeking a Senior Construction Site Manager (Senior Bauleiter) for their München location. Our client is an established company specializing in demanding high-rise and commercial building projects, known for quality execution and professional project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to take on significant responsibility in complex building projects.

Responsibilities

• Independent leadership and management of demanding high-rise construction projects
• Coordination and supervision of subcontractors, on-site teams, and project stakeholders
• Ensuring construction execution meets timeline, budget, and quality standards
• Managing construction workflows and proactively identifying and resolving technical challenges
• Liaising with clients, planners, project managers, and internal and external contacts

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in construction site management for high-rise/commercial building projects
• Strong knowledge of construction execution and contract law, ideally VOB (German construction contract regulations)
• Strong sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and organizational skills
• Independent, structured working style with confident and communicative presence
• German language proficiency required for this role
