Entry-Level Accountant

We are representing a confidential organization in their search for an Entry-Level Accountant based in the Philippines. This role offers the opportunity to develop foundational accounting skills while working with experienced finance professionals. You will handle day-to-day transactions, support reconciliation processes, and contribute to financial reporting in a structured, supportive setting.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, post bills, and maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data accuracy
• Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, income statements, and balance sheets
• Enter financial data into accounting systems with high accuracy and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Assist with internal audits, expense tracking, and basic data analysis tasks
• Support month-end closing procedures under the guidance of senior finance staff

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment
