About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential mobile app company in the music education space. This remote Creative Producer role sits within a product vertical that has achieved significant global reach, serving millions of users who engage with music through digital platforms.
We're seeking a data-driven creative professional who can develop and test advertising concepts that convert across paid social channels. You'll own the creative hypothesis process from research through execution, working closely with user acquisition and product teams to scale winning concepts.
Responsibilities
- Execute creative strategy by continuously formulating, testing, and reporting on new creative hypotheses for performance marketing campaigns
- Identify and test new concepts, user personas, triggers, and pain points to optimize creative messaging
- Develop fresh hooks and approaches for core audiences that drive engagement and conversion
- Monitor ad performance dashboards, analyze data, and scale successful creative concepts using a strictly data-driven approach
- Conduct ongoing competitor and market research, tracking ad libraries and identifying emerging trends
- Stay current with social media trends across platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels to inform creative direction
- Manage end-to-end creative production for Meta, Google, and other advertising networks
- Write clear, structured creative briefs for motion and graphic designers, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality deliverables
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and user acquisition teams to align creative concepts with performance goals
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a Creative Producer, Creative Marketer, or similar role in Performance Marketing (mobile app or EdTech experience is a strong plus)
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret UA metrics including CTR, CPI, ROAS, and IPM
- Experience working with analytics dashboards such as Tableau
- Deep understanding of paid social platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, AppLovin), including creative formats, best practices, and platform guidelines
- Demonstrated experience writing technical briefs and collaborating with creative teams (motion designers, graphic designers)
- Strategic thinking ability to convert competitor research, user insights, and trends into high-converting creative concepts
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
