Email Marketing Manager (FitMe)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential mobile health and wellness client seeking an Email Marketing Manager to drive revenue through strategic email campaigns. In this role, you will:

• Set up and launch email campaigns using CRM platforms, achieving agreed revenue targets
• Restructure email marketing infrastructure for user re-engagement, including quiz funnel remarketing
• Build and optimize marketing funnels with proper segmentation and automated flows
• Conduct A/B tests to improve conversion rates across the entire email funnel
• Implement thematic campaigns while maintaining stability of key risk metrics
• Collaborate with development teams through product managers to request and implement new functionality
• Maintain and support transactional email systems with attention to detail and reliability

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience as an email marketing manager
• Background in B2C product or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with email/CRM platforms such as Reteno, ESputnik, SendPulse, or similar tools for campaign setup, segmentation, and automated flows
• Strong understanding of marketing funnel principles and A/B testing methodology
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with key metrics including open rate, CTR, conversion, and risk metrics
• Experience collaborating with development teams and product managers to implement new features
• Meticulous attention to detail, particularly when supporting transactional email systems
