About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consulting organization specializing in data, AI, and software engineering. Our client is experiencing significant growth and needs a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Paris. This is a strategic role where you'll identify top talent, manage the full recruitment cycle, and ensure successful onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Define hiring needs in close collaboration with business managers
• Develop sourcing strategies and select appropriate recruitment channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through active headhunting
• Conduct interviews independently and manage the full recruitment process
• Handle salary negotiations with candidates
• Manage new hire integration and onboarding processes
• Implement coaching sessions for new employees
• Monitor and follow up on integration progress
• Lead university relations initiatives including forums, conferences, and workshops
• Contribute to HR projects such as onboarding redesign and process improvements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of higher education (business, engineering, or university background)
• Strong persuasion and proposal skills
• Candidate-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experience
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work in a dynamic, challenging environment
• Experience recruiting high-value technical profiles is a plus
