Talent Acquisition Specialist , GTM & Corporate – EMEA

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential AI technology organization expanding across EMEA. We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Paris-based recruitment function, focusing on Corporate and Go-To-Market hiring across the region. This is an opportunity to shape recruitment strategy during a critical growth phase, partnering with leadership across Finance, Legal, People Operations, Sales, Pre-Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success.

You'll be instrumental in building teams that drive both operational excellence and commercial success across multiple EMEA markets, working in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Stakeholder Partnership

• Partner with Corporate and GTM leaders to understand hiring needs, define role specifications, and identify top talent across EMEA markets
• Own full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Finance, Legal, People/HR, Marketing, and Communications functions
• Advise hiring managers on market mapping, leveling, compensation positioning, and competitive landscape analysis
• Account for local market nuances, benchmarking, and statutory differences across countries

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to close with autonomy on complex, high-volume roles
• Source passive and active candidates across EMEA talent pools in AI/ML, open-source software, and enterprise infrastructure markets
• Conduct intake and calibration sessions with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and stage expectations
• Drive efficient, high-conversion pipelines in competitive markets for senior talent
• Navigate cross-border hiring complexity including relocation, remote arrangements, and country-specific employment frameworks

Candidate Experience

• Guide candidates through the hiring process with clear communication and compelling narratives about mission and culture
• Provide candidates with insight into growth plans and the specific impact of their role
• Deliver high-quality, respectful candidate experiences at every stage

Recruiting Operations

• Develop and refine recruiting processes, tools, and documentation to improve outcomes and efficiency
• Use data to diagnose pipeline issues and propose targeted solutions
• Build and maintain market maps, competitive intelligence, and talent pools for key EMEA segments
• Standardize interview rubrics, scorecards, and debrief practices while respecting local market differences

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a startup or high-growth B2B SaaS/infrastructure company
• Focus on Corporate functions and/or Sales/GTM roles required
• Demonstrated ability to independently hire across the full GTM stack — from Enterprise Account Executives to GTM leadership — as well as key Corporate functions
• Deep network and sourcing expertise in EMEA talent markets, particularly in AI/ML, open-source, developer tools, or enterprise software
• Track record of hiring in competitive, candidate-scarce markets with cross-border and multi-language hiring experience
• Experience working across multiple EMEA markets with comfort navigating country-specific compensation, benefits, and employment nuances
• Willingness to work on various roles as needs arise
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence peers and senior stakeholders
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities across high-volume hiring
• Professional experience with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby
• Familiarity with the AI/ML landscape and ability to discuss technical concepts credibly
