(Senior) Technical Project Manager Germany

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential conversational AI organization in their search for a (Senior) Technical Project Manager based in Germany (remote). In this role, you will own end-to-end delivery of high-complexity enterprise AI deployments, leading your delivery pod from scoping through go-live and beyond.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Project Delivery: Own scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality for assigned customer projects, selecting the appropriate delivery methodology (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid) for each customer context
• Customer & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary delivery contact for customer sponsors, IT teams, and business stakeholders, running governance calls, steering committees, UAT readouts, and go-live reviews
• Cross-Functional & Pod Coordination: Align forward-deployed engineers on integration readiness and solution architects on discovery and design, while coordinating with Sales, Product, and Support across the customer journey
• Methodology & Process Discipline: Facilitate sprints and retrospectives or lead stage-gate reviews depending on methodology, and enforce documentation standards across project charters, design documents, runbooks, and handovers
• Metrics & Reporting: Track deployment KPIs and milestone achievement, reporting delivery status and risk posture to internal and external stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in technical program management, program management, or delivery management for SaaS or enterprise software
• Hands-on experience delivering solutions in Contact Center/CCaaS, UCaaS, conversational AI, IVA/IVR, or related customer experience platforms
• Solid grounding in Agile/Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies, with judgment on when to apply each
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects with global, distributed teams
• Fluent in both English and German
