Working Student Marketing (B2B SaaS Startup)

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup in Berlin that is building innovative solutions in the trade compliance and regulatory technology space. As a Working Student in Marketing, you will support the full marketing mix and report directly to the founding Growth Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing social media activities on LinkedIn: editorial planning, content creation including video content, and community engagement
• Creating marketing content such as blog articles, newsletters, and case studies
• Coordinating newsletter campaigns: preparing content, managing distribution, and tracking performance metrics
• Supporting webinar setup, coordination, and execution
• Conducting market research on competitors, industry trends, and identifying new channels and formats relevant to B2B SaaS marketing
• Taking end-to-end ownership of your areas from day one, bringing your own ideas and seeing direct impact

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a candidate who meets the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled in a university program (Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or similar) - minimum 3rd semester of Bachelor's degree
• Initial experience in the SaaS environment or strong interest in learning how B2B software is marketed
• Experience with AI tools and genuine curiosity to experiment with new ones
• Structured, reliable, and hands-on working style
• Fluent in both German and English
• Plus: prior exposure to content marketing (SEO, GEO), newsletter management, or B2B social media
• Nice to have: knowledge of HubSpot and Canva
