This role focuses on founder-led content—turning talking-head footage, screen recordings, and website examples into polished social videos that make business concepts feel clear and visually compelling.

Responsibilities

  • Edit short LinkedIn videos, typically 30 seconds to 3 minutes in length

  • Add captions, callouts, zooms, screenshots, charts, and simple motion graphics
  • Apply clean, consistent color grading to maintain a premium aesthetic
  • Enhance audio with basic sound design and leveling
  • Make data-heavy topics feel accessible and visually interesting
  • Create strong openings that hook viewers in the first few seconds
  • Repurpose longer recordings into short, shareable clips
  • Maintain a consistent brand style across all content
  • Communicate clearly with a U.S.-based team and respond constructively to feedback

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 2+ years of professional video editing experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating social media video work
  • Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, captions, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience editing talking-head, educational, or business content
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar tools
  • Good written English for communication and captions
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

Preferred:

  • Experience with B2B, SaaS, marketing, or tech content
