About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential AI technology organization seeking a Customer Success Manager to support their advertising solutions platform in Paris. This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office, with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.
Our client is building a responsible advertising ecosystem and needs an experienced professional to guide advertisers through onboarding, campaign optimization, and long-term growth on their platform. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of partners, working at the intersection of relationship management, strategy, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with a portfolio of advertising partners as their primary point of contact
- Guide advertisers through platform onboarding and campaign launches to ensure successful adoption
- Analyze campaign performance data and deliver actionable recommendations to improve results
- Identify expansion opportunities through increased product adoption and incremental investment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, analytics, policy, and operations teams to resolve issues and enhance platform value
- Collect and surface advertiser feedback to inform product improvements and strategic direction
- Develop scalable processes and best practices to support ecosystem growth
What We're Looking For
- 5-10+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, customer success, consulting, or related client-facing roles
- Proven experience managing advertiser or agency relationships in a platform, publisher, or adtech environment
- Strong ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations
- Experience with data querying tools such as SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-driven approach with ownership and accountability in fast-moving, evolving environments
- Sound judgment and commitment to user trust and responsible platform growth
