Marketing Specialist | French Market (Paris)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential legal technology organization seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their Paris team. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of marketing initiatives—from strategy through execution and analysis.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events end-to-end, including trade fairs, conferences, webinars, and partner activations across the region
• Scout relevant legal and professional events, manage logistics, and conduct post-event analysis and debriefs
• Build and grow the organization's social media community through consistent, engaging content and database development
• Collaborate with central teams to adapt marketing campaigns, messaging, and landing pages for regional audiences
• Analyze campaign and event performance across multiple channels, regions, and creative formats to identify optimization opportunities
• Define clear objectives, timelines, and KPIs in partnership with leadership and cross-functional teams
• Coordinate with communications teams on event promotion, newsletters, and social content before and after activations
• Track results and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement in events and campaigns

What We're Looking For

• 5-7 years of marketing experience, ideally within a SaaS or fast-growing startup environment
• Background in legal services or legal education is a plus but not required
• Strong creative and organizational capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for innovation, technology, and dynamic work environments
• Excellent written and spoken French and English
• Familiarity with event management tools, webinar platforms, or visual content creation is a plus
• Comfort working in a hands-on, fast-paced startup culture where you'll build brand presence from the ground up
