About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization seeking an experienced Content Marketer to drive organic growth for established personal brands and expert-led businesses. This is a fully remote role based in Romania, offering the opportunity to work directly with a dynamic team focused on the creator economy.

This position goes far beyond social media posting. You will own end-to-end content strategy that grows audiences, increases engagement, generates qualified leads, and drives revenue across major platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You'll transform complex expertise and frameworks into compelling content that builds authority and converts followers into customers.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute organic content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Develop full-funnel content that drives audience growth, engagement, lead generation, and sales
• Transform expert knowledge and frameworks into high-performing content across all stages of the customer journey
• Research trends, successful creators, content formats, hooks, and competitor strategies to generate fresh ideas
• Script short-form and long-form video content with clear storyboards
• Write engaging posts, captions, newsletters, email sequences, and conversion-focused copy
• Create carousels, graphics, and thumbnails using Canva and similar design tools
• Build lead magnets and marketing automation sequences to capture and nurture prospects
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, ideation, scripting, copywriting, and design workflows
• Track content and funnel performance metrics, analyze results, and continuously optimize strategies

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record growing organic social media presence for personal brands, ideally for creators, educators, coaches, or subject matter experts
• Strong hands-on experience managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube channels
• Excellent content strategy and copywriting abilities with deep understanding of hooks, storytelling, direct response techniques, and conversion optimization
• Experience scripting video content, developing storyboards, and creating visual assets in Canva or similar platforms
• Solid grasp of content funnels, lead generation tactics, email marketing, and audience nurturing strategies
• Data-driven approach with ability to analyze performance metrics and iteratively improve content effectiveness
• Comfortable using AI tools and marketing automation platforms such as ManyChat, or ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Proactive, creative, and highly organized with ability to independently own organic growth initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
