Sitecore Solutions Engineer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology consulting organization seeking a Sitecore Solutions Engineer to join their team on a fully remote basis across the United States. This is a direct-hire, full-time W2 position offering significant career growth within an established digital experience practice.

Our client specializes in enterprise digital solutions and is building out their Sitecore practice to support complex, multi-region implementations. You'll work across the full Sitecore ecosystem—from traditional Experience Platform to modern composable architectures—while collaborating with marketers, editors, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise digital experiences on Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), Sitecore XM Cloud, and Sitecore Content Hub
• Implement backend solutions using C#/.NET and leverage Sitecore APIs to extend platform capabilities
• Build headless implementations using Sitecore JSS or Next.js following modern composable patterns
• Execute content modeling, integrations, and platform upgrades including migrations from legacy Sitecore implementations to XM Cloud
• Apply Sitecore Helix architecture principles to ensure maintainable, scalable solutions
• Develop front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks and build tools
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore deployments
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to balance technical requirements with editor and marketer needs
• Support multi-brand or multi-region Sitecore deployments as needed

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years of overall experience with 5+ years of Sitecore development experience
• Deep expertise in C#/.NET and Sitecore APIs
• Strong understanding of Sitecore Helix architecture
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore XP, XM, or XM Cloud
• Proven experience building headless implementations using JSS or Next.js
• Solid front-end development skills with modern JavaScript and build tools
• Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore deployments
• Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Authorization to work in the United States (U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, or candidates eligible for H-1B transfer)

Preferred:

• Sitecore Certified Developer credentials
• Experience with XM Cloud migration projects
• Familiarity with Sitecore Content Hub, CDP, or Personalize
• Exposure to multi-brand or multi-region Sitecore deployments
• Experience with Sitecore OrderCloud commerce integrations

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $130,000–$148,000 annually.
