About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in their search for a Lead Patient Services Specialist. Our client operates a sophisticated revenue cycle management platform serving medical practices across the United States. This leadership role offers the opportunity to optimize contact center operations, drive performance through data analysis, and support a high-performing team dedicated to healthcare excellence.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key stakeholder for workforce management tools, assisting with forecasting agent schedules and specialty shift assignments
- Analyze departmental processes, quality metrics, and operational trends to identify call drivers and recommend strategic resolutions
- Design and update training workshops and curriculum using performance inputs including QA evaluations, nesting feedback, KPI metrics, and abandonment rates
- Integrate AI workflows, automated tools, and AI-driven platforms into daily operations to maximize efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain strong floor presence as a main point of contact for daily workflow support and lead special projects related to client escalations
- Collaborate with internal leadership and external offshore partners across global locations, sharing performance trends and insights
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent, or combination of education and experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the medical claims or billing industry
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience in contact center workforce administration support
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis and reporting
- Prior experience in training, facilitation, or workshop development
- Familiarity with applications such as Power BI, RingCentral, Level AI, and workforce management platforms (preferred)
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills with proven track record of identifying operational improvements
- Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex data trends and manage interactions across global teams
- Proven ability to make sound independent decisions and effectively manage competing priorities
