CRM Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential EdTech organization seeking a CRM Manager to join their fully remote team. Our client operates a digital learning platform that serves a global customer base, and they're looking for a data-driven marketer who can leverage customer insights to drive engagement and retention.

This is a remote position with flexible working hours (minimum 40 hours per week). You'll work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sophisticated CRM strategies using modern customer data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Apply customer insight frameworks (Jobs To Be Done, Persona Development, Empathy Mapping) to understand customer needs and pain points
• Develop and execute CRM strategies that enhance customer interaction and drive business results using Bloomreach CDP
• Design and implement multichannel campaigns across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications, with tailored content for specific customer segments
• Leverage analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights
• Collaborate with product, sales, product marketing, and analytics teams to align CRM strategies with overall business objectives
• Manage customer data, campaign execution, and analytics within the CDP environment

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with Bloomreach or similar customer data platforms for data management, campaign execution, and analytics
• Experience with email design and coding using tools like Stripo
• Competency in analytics platforms and/or SQL for data analysis and decision-making
• Copywriting skills are a plus

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, essential for remote team environments
• Proven ability to apply customer insights frameworks effectively to CRM strategies
• High adaptability with commitment to learning new methodologies in customer insight and CRM

Education and Language:

• Bachelor's degree or coursework in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Fluent English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
