About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for a Full Stack Software Engineer. This is a 100% remote position open to candidates across the United States (excluding California and New York).
In this role, you'll design, build, and evolve systems that power a web-based business platform. You'll work across the full stack—from React and TypeScript on the frontend to C# services on the backend—delivering scalable, reliable solutions. You'll own features from conception through delivery, contribute to technical decisions, and collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to solve meaningful customer problems.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain features across React/TypeScript frontend and C# backend systems
- Own features through the complete lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement
- Design and develop APIs with focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Write and optimize MySQL queries and contribute to database design and performance improvements
- Implement caching strategies and monitor application health using AWS tools
- Identify technical challenges, evaluate solutions, and contribute to architectural decisions
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and collaborative problem-solving across the engineering team
- Partner with Product and Design to translate customer and business needs into high-quality technical solutions
- Contribute to code quality, system reliability, and continuous improvement of engineering practices
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of full stack or backend software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in C# and experience with React and TypeScript
- Experience designing and developing APIs and production web applications
- Experience with MySQL, including schema design and query optimization
- Experience working with AWS or similar cloud environments and application monitoring tools
- Experience with Git, code reviews, testing, and collaborative development workflows
- Demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver features from development through release
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment
Preferred:
- Experience with background job processing tools such as Hangfire or similar
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Experience with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework or NHibernite
- Experience using AI development tools to improve engineering workflows
- Experience in a SaaS or B2B product environment

Pay
The expected base salary range for this role is $90,000–$130,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
