Product Manager – Real Estate

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential data and technology organization that operates one of the largest public records platforms in the country. They are seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy for their real estate technology division. This is a remote opportunity based in the United States.

Our talent team is conducting a targeted search for an experienced product leader who understands the real estate industry and can drive platform innovation for brokers, agents, and property management professionals.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for a real estate platform, translating market trends, competitive insights, and customer feedback into clear priorities
• Define product vision and strategy in partnership with leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals and revenue targets
• Engage directly with real estate brokers, agents, and property management companies to understand needs, pain points, and workflows
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and uncover new opportunities
• Partner with engineering, design, and QA teams to plan sprints, prioritize backlog, and ship high-quality features on schedule
• Write clear product specifications, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for new features and enhancements
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align product releases with go-to-market plans
• Define and track key product metrics including engagement, adoption, retention, and conversion to measure feature success
• Use data and experimentation (A/B testing, cohort analysis) to validate hypotheses and guide product decisions
• Monitor customer health indicators and work with teams to identify retention-driving improvements

What We're Looking For

• Deep understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, key players, and pain points
• Proven track record as a Product Manager in SaaS, ideally within real estate technology
• Strong ability to translate customer and market insights into a clear, prioritized product roadmap
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams in an agile development environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across the business
• Data-driven decision-making capabilities with experience analyzing key metrics to guide product strategy
• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard) and CRM systems
