About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology consulting organization seeking a Workday HCM Senior Principal Consultant in the United Kingdom. Our talent team is working directly with the hiring manager to identify an experienced professional who can deliver enterprise-level implementations and strategic guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday HCM implementations for enterprise clients across multiple industries
• Design and configure complex HCM solutions including core modules, talent management, and reporting
• Serve as the primary technical and functional advisor to client stakeholders and project teams
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into Workday configurations
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining delivery excellence
• Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience as a Workday HCM consultant at senior or principal level
• Deep functional and technical expertise across multiple Workday HCM modules
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex implementations
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
• Workday HCM certification strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and lead workstreams with minimal oversight
• Experience mentoring team members and contributing to practice development
• Right to work in the United Kingdom required
