This client-facing role sits within a growing sales operation, where you'll serve as the trusted point of contact during the critical onboarding phase—setting expectations, coordinating next steps, and ensuring client satisfaction from day one.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new clients and guide them through the onboarding process from start to finish
• Conduct virtual onboarding calls to understand client needs, goals, and workflows
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate setup and timely service delivery
• Track onboarding progress and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
• Address client questions or concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
• Ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing account support

What We're Looking For

• Experience in customer onboarding, client services, or sales is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up and attention to detail

Pay
