Product Manager (m/f/d) Home Energy Solution (B2C)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cleantech organization in München that is transforming home energy management and electric mobility. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead their B2C home energy solution from strategy through execution. This role offers high responsibility in a rapidly growing sector, flexible working arrangements including remote options across Europe, and the chance to shape products that contribute to an emission-free energy future.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete product lifecycle for smart charging and home energy solutions targeting residential customers
• Conduct customer research to identify needs and translate insights into product features that drive adoption
• Define product strategy to expand addressable markets and guide potential geographic expansion
• Coordinate launch activities and maintain transparent communication with partners and internal teams
• Collaborate with home energy management partners to ensure seamless integration, initially focusing on the German market
• Work cross-functionally with technology, energy supply, and hardware teams to deliver exceptional end-to-end user experiences
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding home energy solutions
• Monitor product financial performance and adjust roadmaps based on metrics and market feedback
• Track market trends, regulatory changes, competition, and innovations in electric mobility and energy sectors to inform product development

What We're Looking For

• Minimum three years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
• Background in the energy industry, preferably managing B2C energy products
• Direct experience in home energy management, energy sector, or electric mobility
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and building new products from scratch
• Ability to maintain strategic vision while balancing competing priorities
• Strong stakeholder management skills with both internal teams and external partners
• Collaborative team player with hands-on mentality in cross-functional environments
• Fluency in both German and English
